Chrome Legacy

A symmetrical Cadillac grille becomes a stage for a calm, centred figure. Chrome, scarlet and black give the composition the force of an album cover and the precision of a graphic emblem.

Created by Hiren Kothari and Maria Sokolyanskaya, whose long-running collaboration began after the Russian jewellery designer met Kothari in London many years ago. Their shared practice brings together art, fashion and design through the expressive visual language of manga.
