Rather than focusing solely on spectacle, the photograph reveals Prince's extraordinary stage presence and quiet intensity immediately before continuing the performance.

About the Artwork

Hiren Kothari reinterprets the photograph through a contemporary visual language inspired by the optical geometry of Victor Vasarely. Layers of red, black and monochrome geometry replace conventional backgrounds, creating an illusion of movement while reinforcing Prince's iconic silhouette and unmistakable presence.

The artwork becomes both a tribute to Prince and a celebration of modern geometric abstraction.
